Why I Train? Physical and mental benefits including fighting skill
What do you do you think of the style you train? In my view it is one of the few styles of martial arts that you can improve as you get older. Particularly important to me as I only started training seriously when I was in my late 30s.
How do you perceive it to other style? I have limited experience in other styles so feel I have limited qualifications to provide an answer here other than to say if I felt there was a better style I would be training that.
Would you recommend the style anyone and why? I would recommend the daily challenge along with the fighting skills that you learn.

What is your Life Philosophy? Do it and enjoy it.
What do you think of your Sifu ? He is fiercely determined with high standards, a wealth of experience and knowledge.
