Why I Train?    I started Tai Chi to improve my health.

What do you do you think of the style you train?    Very good

How do you perceive it to other style?  (Tai chi) Better posture and flexibility, improve inner energy.

Would you recommend the style anyone and why?  Definitely.  Tai Chi can improve one’s health and slow down aging.

Philosophy:

What is your Tai Chi Philosophy?   Through Tai Chi I improve my health, hoping I don’t have to trouble others to look after me when I grow older.

What is your Life Philosophy?  Be calm and peaceful, enjoy life and help others whenever I can.

What do you think of your Sifu ?  People’s person, helpful, wise, someone who always gives and dares.
